I found the building to be Very nice, filled with antique furniture and comfortable spaces. The courtyard was quite pretty, showcasing a variety of plants. Staff members were always very kind and ready to assist with any request. I appreciated how close the hotel was to everything. I walked almost everywhere.
The breakfast area sometimes experienced slight delays in replenishing items during peak hours.

i found the staff to be quite helpful and friendly . the room was comfortable, cozy, and surprisingly silent, which i appreciated. breakfast offered good options including gluten-free items upon request.
i observed some dust in the room, particularly near the coffee space and mini bar area.

large room big bathrooms free luggage amazing breakfast different room cigarette smoke linen odor
the room was quite large, it had a hallway. two big bathrooms were present. the hotel let me leave luggage for free for a few hours, i appreciated that. the breakfast location was amazing, it had so much available.
the room i booked looked different than advertised online. one room looked like an attic, but both rooms cost the same. the room smelled like cigarette smoke, i did not like this. the bed linen had an odor, it was not pleasant.

I liked the hotel's location very much and it was close to the pedestrian zone. Everything was accessible. The staff was professional and kind. They always provided helpful assistance.
The breakfast was basic, and sometimes items were not replenished quickly enough.
